On behalf of SoPYC, thank you for all the hard work and support provided by our team for our club’s junior sailing members who attended the Zhik Youth Sail WA event at Mounts Bay Yacht Club this past week. This was a six-day event which ran for the first week of the school holidays from Saturday 21st to Thursday 26th September.
Special thanks to SoPYC staff member Tait Kunzli, the coaching team, and the bosuns team who assisted with planning, boat preparations and communication to sailors and parents. Staff worked extended hours and took calls out of hours to assist with boat and trailer transfers and general support. The feedback from parents has been great.
