Next Monday 4th November 12:15hrs Mr Ron Alexander is the quest speaker at The Rotary Club of Melville’s Lunch in the SoPYC Ballroom.

Ron will speak about his many achievements over his vast career in Football and as public administration of Sport in WA.

Began playing with East Perth WAFL Club
Moved over to VFL and played for Fitzroy, later Captain of Fitzroy
Returned to the West, and was appointed Captain/Coach at East Fremantle
Inaugural Coach of West Coast Eagles in 1987
Recently retired as Director-General of WA Dept of Sport and Recreation after 18 years service
Heavily involved working with Premier Barnett in the development of the new Sporting Stadium
Chairperson of the Methamphetamine Action Plan Taskforce
