The final event in the consistency Time Trialling season is the Patrons trophy, a handicap event. This year ‘The Board Room’, Steve and Di Clarke, were awarded the trophy for their win with 16 pts in starboards fleet, but somehow alluded the camera lens so unfortunately no photo of their presentation by our Patron, life member and Past Commodore Colin Cowden, who presented the trophy and flags to winners. Flags were presented to individual winning teams from past 2 events with many first time winners ringing the bell. Congratulations Ian and Andrea White on ‘Thunder’ for their first place in port fleet with 17 points. Least points was Dalusional with 4 points lost to finish a great season for Troy and Victoria.
Closing day time trial next week is a morning event to allow for the ALF grand final celebrations in the afternoon. Results will be at lunchtime as soon as possible after the event.
