Refined Edge Mini Series

The open skiffs were well represented at the Royal Perth Mini Series this year with 7 SoPYC sailors in attendance. All of the sailors nominated to race in the Gold fleet, and I would congratulate them on taking the leap up into the more challenging group!
It was very hot all weekend with some fair winds on Saturday providing the sailors the opportunity to complete five races with one drop.

In the 29er’s representing SoPYC at the Refined Edge Mini Series we had Flynn Walford and Hudson Armstrong who finished 4th overall. Great effort for these young sailors.
