Michael comes to SOPYC with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Michael has managed multiple venues including clubs, pubs, hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and has been involved in establishing some of Perth’s iconic food and beverage offerings. Michael’s hospitality experience is complemented with a background in accounting, compliance, and work, health, and safety.
