Board Charter for International Non-Australian Residents

Available Charter Boards are limited to 100 complete WS LTs on a first come basis.

DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, A REQUEST MAY OR MAY NOT BE CONFIRMED.

Charter Procedure:

From there choose the charter period.

Click Add to Cart.
Click Proceed to checkout
Click Place Order

This will place your order and we will come back to you within 3 business days to provide details on how to pay, using your credit card, by Stripe.
Competitors who have registered for the event will not have their charter fees charged until July 1^st.

Charters must be completed by October 15^th which requires a request to charter by October 10^th.

You will receive an email by October 12^th with CONFIRMATION or REJECTION of the request. In case of confirmation, you will also receive a payment link to finalize the charter booking (payment to be completed by October 15^th ).

The liability of the Commercial Company, in case of impossibility to provide CONFIRMED rental services for reasons not attributable to it, will be limited to the reimbursement of the rental payments possibly already received.

No responsibility can be attributed to Windgenuity Sailboards for rejected requests.

Pick up

The pick-ups prior to the regatta will be at SoPYC on December 14^th, 15^th, 16^th 17^th, 23rd, 24^th, 26^th, and 27^th.

Prior to December 28^th there will be space available at SoPYC to store boards.

On December 28^th and 29^th pick-ups will be on a first come basis. Be patient if there is a queue.

Before you can pick up your charter you will have to show that you have lodged, on your phone, the damage security deposit.

Security Deposit

Before your pick-up date, you will be sent details on how to pay the security deposit using your credit card by Stripe.

The deposit is not a real payment, it will just count against your card’s credit limit.

It will be released at the end of the event as long as you return your equipment clean and undamaged.

We will provide a list of various damage charges before the pick-up. Loss of any equipment will be charged at 80% of retail prices.
